Stuffed Shells Boil 1 pound of shells until slightly soft. Drain and cool. Mix together 2 cups Ricotta cheese, 1 egg, 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese, and 1 tbsp parsley. Spoon Ricotta cheese mix into each shell and place in a baking dish. Cover shells with tomato sauce or puree and mozzarella cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes covered, 15 minutes uncovered.
