Pancakes 1/2-3/4 C milk 2 tbsp melted butter 1 egg 1 C flour 2 tsp Featherweight baking powder 2 tbsp sugar 1/2 tsp salt Beat milk, butter and egg lightly. In a separate mixing bowl, mix the dry ingredients. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Stir enough to dampen the four. Cook on a moderately hot and lightly buttered griddle.
