Chocolate Chip Cookies 2 1/2 cups flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup butter 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 cup white sugar 2 eggs 1 1/2 tsp vanilla 2 cups chocolate chips (Scharffenberger) In one bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt. In a mixer bowl, mix butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Add dry ingredients, beating until well combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop a teaspoon of mix onto an ungreased cookie sheet, 12 to a sheet. Bake in a 375 degree oven 8-10 minutes. Cool on a rack.
