Baked pasta 1 pound ricotta cheese* 1 pound pasta 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese 2 cups Mozzarella cheese 2 eggs, well beaten 1 tsp parsley 48 ounces tomato sauce salt and pepper to taste Combine cooked pasta with all ingredients. Bake at 375 F for 1 hour. Serve with meatballs or sausage, if desired. *Ricotta cheese is a difficult *safe* item to buy. I use Calabro whole milk ricotta cheese.
