Alfredo sauce 1/2 cup butter 2/3 cup heavy cream 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 tsp salt dash pepper chopped parsley spinach pasta Heat butter and cream in medium saucepan until butter is melted. Turn down heat. Add 1 cup Parmesan cheese, the salt and pepper. Stir over low heat until the sauce is blended and fairly smooth. Serve immediately over hot pasta, placing hot spinach on top of the sauce.
